What is InterLibrary Loan?

InterLibrary Loan (ILL) is a service for obtaining materials which are not available in the Library collection.

The required materials are acquired by the collaboration of libraries from other SEGi College institutions:

• SEGi College Subang Jaya

• SEGi College Penang

• SEGi College Kuala Lumpur

Materials that cannot be borrowed are:

• Thesis / Project Paper / Academic Training;

• Magazine / Current Journal / Journals;  

• Media materials. 

 

Step to Apply Inter Library Loan (ILL)

1. Find the citation or source of the materials

2. Write down the email or letter to the librarian. Materials details such as Book Title, Author Name, Edition, Year of Publication & ISBN must be included.

3. Your request is sent to the Librarian manually or via email.

4. Librarian sent request from others SGC Library.

5. Your materials will be sent back to SEGi College Sarawak

6. You receive a call or email from the librarian telling you your request has been arrived.

7. Collect your material from the SEGi College Sarawak Library Counter.
